Annie Leblanc

Originally from the Magdalen Islands and a graduate of Université Laval in epidemiology, Annie LeBlanc began her career as a professor and researcher at the Mayo Clinic in the United States before joining Université Laval in 2016.

She is currently a full professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Université Laval, a research epidemiologist at the Centre de recherche en santé durable VITAM of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale, and a research associate at Mayo Clinic. She leads the new CIHR Patient Oriented Research Strategy (PORS) National Training Entity. Her research focuses on the integration of evidence for health professionals, their patients, and decision makers in the health and social services system.
